Process To Check The Beneficiary List Under The NTR Housing Scheme

The NTR housing scheme was launched by the Andhra Pradesh government in 2016. It functions under the flagship initiative of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, which aims to offer low-cost houses to the underprivileged people.

Several financial institutions extend NTR housing loans at low-interest rates to eligible applicants. Apart from this, the beneficiaries also receive an interest subsidy as per the following eligibility-

  • A subsidy of Rs. 1.5 Lakh for the beneficiaries under NTR Rural Housing Scheme.
  • A subsidy of Rs. 50,000 for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries.
  • A subsidy of Rs. 2.5 Lakh for the beneficiaries under PMAY NTR Urban Scheme.

After applying under the NTR housing scheme, the applicant can check whether he has been selected to purchase a house.

Here are the necessary steps to check the beneficiary list of NTR Housing Scheme in Andhra Pradesh-

Step 1- Visit the official website of Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation.

Step 2- Click on the tab ‘Griha Pravesh Mahotsavam Ban List’.

Step 3- You will be redirected to the page displaying the selected beneficiaries.

Step 4- Select the function type of your chosen scheme.

Step 5- Click on the ‘Get a report’ option to see the report of the selected scheme.

Step 6- The report has numerous links for the beneficiaries across Maharashtra.

 Step 7- Check each list till you find the list which applies to you.

Step 8- Select ‘Export to Excel’ to download the list for future reference.

Once you find your name in the beneficiary list of the NTR housing scheme, you must do your research and find a suitable lender to avail home loans from.
