Eligible individuals can enrol under the Maharashtra lottery scheme by following these steps –
Step 1- Visit the official website of MHADA.
Step 2- Register by creating an account with a username and password.

Step 4- Fill up the application form providing authentic information abo ut name, date of birth, family income, PAN card details, gender, occupation, residential address, mobile number, etc.

Step 6- Print a copy of the application for future reference.
Step 7- Submit the application process and proceed to the payment page. The application fee can be paid through credit or debit card, NEFT/RTGS online or demand draft.
No applicant can apply on behalf of his/her minor children or even if he/she already owns a house under any other MHADA lottery scheme in Maharashtra.
